Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from The Fisherman’s Center, please return it to us within 21 days of our ship date in its original packaging. Custom orders are exempt from return.

Before returning an item, you must contact us for a Return Authorization code. Returns/Exchanges without authorization will not be accepted.  Returns/Exchanges after 21 days of original receipt will not be accepted.  All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition.   An online store credit or refund will be given for the value of the returned product; we do not reimburse for shipping and handling. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient and not The Fisherman’s Center.

We recommend using UPS or FedEx when returning an item so the item can be traced in case it gets delayed or lost.   The Fisherman’s Center assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen returned items.
